The coffee shop business is in-grained in the blood of the Wong family. Found on the walls of the 'Kelang & Coast Coffee Tea & Restaurant Association' (didnt even know this sort of association existed, am pretty sure they are of non-profit status :D):

1st 'Wong' past president (my Great grandfather, for the educated, its my father's father's father)
2nd 'Wong' past president (my grandfather)

Next in line....? (already owner of coffeeshop :D)

Or who knows, i might be in line too?! hahaha

signboards

The signboard designs have been selected. Its going to be white (restoran) and yellow/gold (hainan curry rice / 海南咖喱饭餐馆) text against a black background.

Drama surrounding the design / creation of the signboard....Daniel had created one which in the end was not required by the Partners as the cost was too high. A clear lack of communication between all parties. Not sure what the normal design charges are but RM600 for a logo and signboard (design only) sounds a bit steep, but we cant really make a call on the pricing as we havent utilised similar services before.

Final total design and production cost c. RM1,500.

Things are moving fast......VERY FAST. The Partners (Dad and Boo) will be signing the shop lease agreement either today or tomorrow, but they're making their visas today to go to Myanmar to get their workforce = the HCR crew! The map is done and its going behind the business cards, printing them soon and letterhead designs are done as well.
